From the estimate onwards, we received thorough explanations and a sense of security knowing they were local, so we asked them to do various things, and we were satisfied with their service in every aspect.

Last year, we asked Numata Painting to help with problems in our kitchen and toilet. It was a small job, so we were unsure whether we should ask a painter to do it, but the person in charge responded quickly, saying, "Please feel free to consult us about anything related to your daily life." The workers were also very nice, so we were able to leave it to them with peace of mind. In our household, we always say "Numata Painting is the place to go if we have any problems with our home!" We're really glad to have a company like that nearby.
Next time, we'd like to ask them to repaint our house.

At the end of last year, we had our roof repainted and the exterior walls painted. They were very attentive and helpful, offering effective advice, and we were very satisfied with the finished product.
Mita-san, the person in charge, paid attention to every detail throughout the nearly one-month construction period, and all of the craftsmen were extremely kind. I was particularly surprised that they used leftover paint to paint the area around the entrance and other areas we hadn't even noticed, even the balcony railing, which we hadn't requested. They also replaced the ventilation hood, which was a courtesy, and I was very grateful for that.
After the work was finished, I was impressed to see the president himself climbing up the scaffolding and spending a long time inspecting the work. Numata Painting's work reflects their commitment to beautifully finishing the entire house, not just the areas we requested. I highly recommend them.

For about a month starting in October, we received a lot of help from Numata Paint. Their skilled craftsmen carefully and beautifully completed our project, from painting the roof and walls to adjusting and painting the front door to replacing some of the brickwork. We're truly grateful for that. And most importantly, we were incredibly lucky to have Ono-san, the Hayama branch manager at Numata Paint. He paid close attention to every detail, especially when he would get down on the ground, even doing things that other craftsmen wouldn't do, to point out and solve problems that no one else had noticed. We're incredibly grateful for that. Even now, we still talk about how lucky we were to have Ono-san at Numata Paint, rather than just relying on Numata Paint. Thank you so much.
What impressed us most was the meticulous drone photography of the roof and walls, and the accuracy of the estimate, all of which were trustworthy, like a large corporation's. We're glad we chose Numata Paint for this, too.
We'll continue to rely on Numata Paint for anything in the future.

It's been 12 years since our house was built. We requested repainting of the exterior walls, which were showing cracks and fading, and repairs to the wood deck, where some of the wood had rotted.

We received quotes for several different options, and the advantages and disadvantages of each were explained, allowing us to confidently proceed.

Our priorities were:
① Don't be swayed by the lowest cost (since it's something we'll be using for about 10 years)
② Compare and consider multiple plans
③ Choose a local company with a proven track record (after-sales service and responsiveness)

It's only been a few months since the work was completed, so the after-sales service aspect is yet to be determined, but so far, we're glad we chose Numata-san.

About a year ago, we had Mr. Numata paint our exterior walls, nail down loose roof tiles, and paint the exterior of our house.

Prior to the work, we requested quotes from several painting companies in Kamakura and Yokosuka, including Mr. Numata. The quotes were all roughly the same. We chose Mr. Numata because he was superior in two aspects: ① the detail of his estimate and ② the brand and grade of paint he used. Additionally, Mr. Numata also handled the application process for the Hayama Town subsidy.

After a thorough explanation of the estimate and each stage of the process by the sales representative, the work began in the hot summer. Each craftsman performed meticulous work at every stage, from the difficult scaffolding assembly up to the steep roof tiles, to the masking of unpainted areas, and the painting of the exterior walls, eaves, and other exterior parts. Our 31-year-old house looks brand new.

As an added note, our neighbors across the street, seeing how our house looked new, immediately requested Mr. Numata to paint their exterior walls and roof. As expected, Mr. Numata, who has taken root in the local community, does a good job.

Our home gets a new look with exterior wall and roof renovations!

We recently renovated the exterior walls and roof of our home at the same time.

The exterior walls were fading and cracking, and the roof was old, so we decided to renovate. We repainted the exterior walls and applied a roof covering method.

The roof covering method involves layering new material on top of the existing roof, which improves insulation and makes it more resistant to summer heat and winter cold. This also improves energy efficiency and is likely to result in savings on our electricity bill.

The exterior walls were finished in a calm, clean color, and the whole house looks brand new.

Despite the scorching heat that continued, the craftsmen worked silently from morning to night, braving the heat.

The roof covering method in particular was hard work, and I imagine it was extremely difficult working in that heat. Even so, I was impressed by how they completed the work so carefully and without cutting corners, even when they were drenched in sweat.
They worked carefully even on the smallest details during construction, and I'm very happy with the finished product. They also provided thorough aftercare after construction, and whenever there was a problem they were dealt with immediately, so I was able to leave the work in their hands with peace of mind.
I thought, "Now that the house looks nice, there are other areas that bother me," so I asked them to also paint the area around the entrance porch and the dirt floor, but the craftsmen were busy and the work was left unfinished for a while.
PS: Since then, the work on the dirt floor has finally been completed, and the entire exterior looks even more tidy. Now that I've finished one part, I can relax and enjoy the atmosphere of my new home.

I've never hired them for work, so I can't comment on their technical skills. However, I frequently see their company-branded minivan driving dangerously on the narrow roads in the area, speeding and refusing to yield. They seem to disregard the fact that the area is a school route. I've reported them to the elementary school and the local police station, asking them to warn the school. It's too late once something happens.

If they claim to be deeply rooted in the local community, I hope they'll improve their behavior.

After 25 years since its construction, the house was in a severe state of deterioration, with chalking, peeling caulking, and cracks. I chose Numata Painting because I had previously attended a Protimes roof and wall seminar they are a member of, they offered a 20-year lifespan for their work, and they were also running a scaffolding campaign. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product, their attentive service every day, their support with the subsidy application, and even the maintenance they performed on my carport roof. I'm glad I chose them.

The finished result was exactly as I imagined, and I was extremely satisfied!

Although it was my first time using their services, they carefully consulted with me about which materials would be suitable, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.

While they specialize in painting, they also employ carpenters and other craftsmen, so they can handle a wide range of renovations. I would definitely like to use their services again in the future.

We asked them to paint the roof and exterior walls of our home and shop.
As we hadn't done any maintenance on it for quite some time, we were concerned about the price, but they were kind enough to give us advice with an eye to the future, and we were able to get a finished product that we were happy with.
There were some areas that had been left unpainted, but they took care of that right away!
The person in charge and the craftsmen were both cheerful and friendly, and they kept the work tidy and free of trash while they were working, which really showed their professionalism.
As a local company we knew face to face, it was also good that we could trust them and ask them to handle the after-sales support as well.

I requested roof and exterior wall painting services.

Since they are local, they were able to handle the subsidy application process for me, which was a great help.

I am also satisfied with the finished work. They meticulously repaired areas with poor paintwork and stains that I, as an amateur, wouldn't have noticed.

From the proposal stage, they listened carefully to my requests, and I felt they were a trustworthy company.

The reason for deducting one star is that I wish they had been a little more flexible with the color planning. In this day and age, being able to easily switch between colors on a computer screen would have made the color selection process much easier.

Since they are local, I would like to ask them for their services again, even for small jobs, if the opportunity arises.

A contractor who came to inspect our solar panels pointed out that the paint on our roof was deteriorating.

They suggested alternatives to painting, but the cost was high, so I had Numata Painting take a look through a friend's recommendation.

They carefully explained the condition of the roof and exterior walls, and the differences in cost depending on the type of paint, which allowed me to make an informed decision.

They also prepared an estimate for the same work as the first contractor, and I was surprised by the significant difference in price.

I was able to choose the colors for the exterior walls in detail. It was a tough decision, but I think the finished result is interesting.

Thank you very much.

We asked them to paint our office. We wanted to convey all of our wishes, so we took the time to explain them using the notes we had prepared. Manager Ono, who came to visit, was very sympathetic and listened to our requests. When we asked them to install some of the lighting fixtures we already had, they said, "If you install them at this angle, the light will be better dispersed." The interior also turned out to be very stylish. We were actually only planning to ask them to paint, but as we talked, we found out they could also do interior construction, so we decided to go for them. We are very happy with the finished office. Naturally, we are still able to work comfortably in the office without any issues.
